Paylenerato B.V. values the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we process, why and for how long.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via the newsletter sign-up form: your first or full name and your email address. We also process technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, solely for statistics and security.
2. Why we process your data
Your data is used to send you the weekly Eco-newsletter with educational articles about sustainable energy and agriculture. We do not use your data for commercial purposes outside the direct activities of Paylenerato.
3. How long we keep your data
Your contact details are kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by writing to redactie@paylenerato.com. We delete your data within 30 days after that.
4. Your rights under the GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use a European email service to send the newsletter; this party processes your data within the European Economic Area.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access restriction, to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.
